Behavioral Therapists
Behavioral Assistants work with clients in both the home and community. They provide services such as, role-modeling appropriate behavior, behavioral modification techniques and assist the client in adopting positive behavior in order to be successful in many areas. They might assist with homework, take the client on an outing as an earned reward, or just provide an ear to listen to the client in times of stress and assist them in making the most appropriate choices.
Mobile Therapists
Our mobile therapists work with the child using the newest and proven effective therapy techniques. Our therapists come from various social service fields and are Master level or above. The family is asked for input into devising the treatment plan that will be used throughout the service period. This holistic approach is proven successful since the child is part of a whole; the family. The therapist will provide referral services to the family and client when appropriate.
LCSWs - Clinical Supervisors
Our LCSWs or Clinical Supervisors provide supervision to our therapists and behavioral assistants. They also guide the therapist in writing a treatment plan, and along with input from the behavioral assistant, will provide a behavioral plan devised from the individuality of each client. They provide training for workers, assist the families with securing the most appropriate services after our tenure in the home has ended and provide support to the staff at all times.
